The fee for card payments is $9.99 per transaction.
My debit card is attached to my checking account. Why should I have to pay a fee to use it?
Our third-party payment processor charges the same fee for the use of its digital payment platform for all cards. We would be happy to assist you in making a payment that drafts directly from your checking or savings account to avoid card fees.
Why did the online customer portal change?
Customers may notice a new online portal experience. We recently introduced an updated customer portal to provide a more modern and mobile-friendly way to manage your policy, make payments, and access important documents.

Will my login information stay the same?
You will still need to register your account in the new customer portal the first time you sign in.
When registering, we recommend using the same email address you previously used, as it is already linked to your policies. You may also use the same password if you choose.

Can I manage my account on my mobile device?
