In case of a loss, follow these essential steps:
- Prioritize Safety: Ensure the well-being of yourself and your loved ones above all else.
- Temporary Measures: If it's safe to do so, undertake temporary repairs to mitigate further damage. For instance, shut off the water in case of a water-related loss. Keep all receipts for any expenses incurred during this process.
- Notify Us: Report the claim to Grange Insurance Association promptly by calling our claims reporting hotline at 800.546.8850.
- Document the Scene: Capture photographs of the incident and the resulting damage. These visuals will aid in documenting your claim effectively.
- Preserve Damaged Property: Refrain from discarding damaged property. Keep it available for potential inspection and documentation purposes.

Towing, Rental, and Auto Glass Coverage
For claims under your Towing and Labor coverage, simply submit your receipt to Claim Reimbursement for swift reimbursement, up to the limit of your coverage. Click the “Email Your Receipt” button to send your receipt directly. Please ensure your name and policy number are included on the receipt to expedite processing. Alternatively, you can fax or mail the receipt to us. We're here to streamline the process for you.

Language in your towing coverage
We will pay towing and labor costs incurred each time "your covered auto" or any "non-owned auto" is disabled, up to the amount shown in the Schedule or in the Declarations as applicable to that vehicle. If a "non-owned auto" is disabled, we will provide the broadest towing and labor costs coverage applicable to any "your covered auto" shown in the Schedule or in the Declarations. We will only pay for labor performed at the place of disablement.
