As an organization that puts relationships first, we pride ourselves on ensuring our people and our communities are supported. It’s that mindset that continues to drive everything we do and more importantly, what started our scholarship program in 1965. Through the continued generosity of our donors, we continue to support communities and the minds of our customers and neighbors to help position all for bright future.

Rainier Scholars is a multi-year program that provides academic preparation and career and leadership development resources to its scholars right here in our backyard of Western Washington. GIA looks forward to engaging with these undergraduate scholars in addition to partnering via our employee volunteer efforts.
Applicants are asked to submit a video using a common video platform (i.e. YouTube) to answer the below prompt that will be reviewed by GIA’s Scholarship Committee. Submissions should be 5 minutes or less.
