What You Need to Know About Our Farm & Ranch Insurance Bundles

Because every farm is different, we’ve made it easy to customize your Farm coverage to your exact needs and specifications. In today’s blog, we’ll discuss our Farm & Ranch insurance bundles in greater detail, including add-ons that could help better protect your farm and your livelihood.

Country Estates Program

Our Country Estates Program is designed for non-commercial hobby farms or small suburban farmers that take in between $2,500 -$10,000 in farm revenue per year. To qualify, your hobby farm must be limited to a single residence located on farm premises up to 500 acres, with no employees, and generate a minimal amount of farm revenue, which can come from anything from a small number of crops or livestock to animal showing or beekeeping. This is a good option when your farming is incidental to your life but too much exposure to qualify for a homeowner’s policy.

FarmPak & FarmPak Plus Endorsement

When it comes to the business of farming, no two operations are the same. That’s why our FarmPak offers a customizable range of Farm & Ranch coverage, starting with protection for farm dwellings, buildings, machinery, equipment, livestock, and liability. The FarmPak bundle includes built-in coverages like animal collision insurance. With our FarmPak program, we’re able to offer a variety of coverage and deductible options, including options for basic, broad, or special causes of loss, so that you’re only paying for the protection you need. Want additional coverage for your home? Our FarmPak Plus Endorsement includes a package of coverage enhancements, including extended replacement cost, increased dwelling limits, and additional losses covered.

GrangePak Endorsement

Like the FarmPak Plus endorsement coverages, the GrangePak Endorsement offers additional customized Farm & Ranch insurance coverage to protect your unique interests. That said, the GrangePak Endorsement focuses more on the business needs of your farming operation. In addition to coverage on items like the $5000 limit for farm property in transit and the $5000 limit for unharvested farm crops that aren’t included in FarmPak, the GrangePak Endorsement also offers increased coverage for farm machinery and animal collision claims. If you’re looking for the highest level of protection against the widest range of covered perils, the GrangePak Endorsement might be right for you.

Additional Coverage Options

On top of what’s included in our Farm & Ranch insurance bundles above, we offer some additional, separate optional coverage options to customize your needs. Our Peak Season endorsement, for example, automatically increases or decreases farm property coverage seasonally, so you aren’t paying for insurance you don’t need. Other endorsements tailored to a dairy’s unique coverage needs or Unscheduled Farm Location coverage can also be added for those who might need it to best protect their farm operation.

The Farm & Ranch Quote Process

Once you reach out to an independent insurance agent, you can expect a quick and straightforward process. Unlike other Farm insurance companies, we empower the independent agents selling our policies to enter your information and get an immediate Farm insurance quote they can share with you.
